How the Connection between StaffSavvy and Zapier Works

You link StaffSavvy to Zapier using StaffSavvy's webhook or API system.

Every Zap has two parts:

  1. The Trigger: An event that starts the automation (e.g., a new staff account is created).

  2. The Action: The task that happens as a result (e.g., create an account in your payroll software).

Steps to Build Your First Zap

  1. Log in to your Zapier account.

  2. Create a new Zap and select StaffSavvy as the trigger app.

  3. Follow the prompts to log into your StaffSavvy account.

  4. Choose the specific trigger event, for example ‘New Absence or New Staff Member’

  5. Choose your second app and the action you want it to perform.
